Just as in Buddha's time, friends are sitting in the garden around the Stupa, close to the new retreat house, and in the tent, meditating. Due to a strike in Israel we arrive one day later than planned - the course is already running. The travelling teachers have completely taken over the programme, and one can see the years of experience of the old Graz people: they skilfully changed the Lama's late arrival into a joyful meditation day.
The end was shaped by the reinforced axis of Hungary and Austria: friends from Budapest came in droves, made music, cocktails, light and a super atmosphere. When we fell into bed at six o'clock, the sun was just rising.
